User research comes naturally to me. Innately empathetic, I build instant rapport with people from all walks of life. I gained formal training in design-thinking from an MBA in Design Strategy at the California College of the Arts. I deepened my theoretical and practical understanding of design research methodologies in a dedicated class taught by Christopher Ireland, founder of Cheskin and Katy Mogal, UX Research & Strategy at Facebook.
